Every year, ASCE hosts the Horizon concert series, a nighttime precursor to Sun God that features professional acts from across genres alongside student openers. Friday night saw a stellar opening performance from Ajax the Prodigy, which led the way for similarly high quality sets by hip-hop artist Rei Ami and rapper Larry June. The dream-pop student band Night Cereal and R&B singer Liv.e kicked off night two, and the series culminated in the soulful tunes of the talented Thee Sacred Souls.
